একবিংশ শতাব্দীতে শিক্ষা শুধু একটি দেশের মধ্যে সীমাবদ্ধ নয়।
আন্তর্জাতিক বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়, গবেষণা প্রতিষ্ঠান ও সরকারি-বেসরকারি সংস্থাগুলোর মধ্যে শিক্ষা সহযোগিতা (Educational Partnership) একটি বড় ভূমিকা রাখছে।
