কৃত্রিম বুদ্ধিমত্তা (AI) আজ আমাদের জীবনের প্রায় প্রতিটি খাতে—শিক্ষা, স্বাস্থ্য, ব্যবসা, নিরাপত্তা—এক বিপ্লব সৃষ্টি করেছে। তবে এর অপব্যবহার, পক্ষপাত, গোপনীয়তা লঙ্ঘন ও মানবাধিকার ঝুঁকির মতো বিষয়গুলো দিন দিন উদ্বেগের কারণ হয়ে দাঁড়াচ্ছে। এ অবস্থায় বিশ্বব্যাপী একক ও সমন্বিত AI Governance Framework গড়ে তোলা অত্যন্ত জরুরি।

AI Governance অর্থ এমন নীতিমালা, নৈতিকতা, আইন ও প্রযুক্তিগত মানদণ্ড নির্ধারণ করা, যা AI প্রযুক্তি বিকাশ ও ব্যবহারের সময় মানবকল্যাণ, নিরাপত্তা ও ন্যায্যতাকে অগ্রাধিকার দেয়।

🌍 আন্তর্জাতিক উদ্যোগ:

• EU AI Act: ইউরোপীয় ইউনিয়ন ২০২4 সালে AI ব্যবহারে প্রথম প্রাতিষ্ঠানিক আইনি কাঠামো প্রণয়ন করেছে।

• UNESCO Recommendation: AI নিয়ে ইউনেস্কোর নৈতিক নির্দেশিকা AI-এর স্বচ্ছতা, জবাবদিহি ও মানবাধিকারের ওপর গুরুত্ব দিয়েছে।

• Global Partnership on AI (GPAI): উন্নত ও উন্নয়নশীল দেশগুলোর অংশগ্রহণে একটি গবেষণা ও নীতিনির্ধারণ প্ল্যাটফর্ম।

• সেনসিটিভ খাতে যেমন স্বাস্থ্য, আইন বা সামরিক ব্যবহারে কঠোর নিরাপত্তা নিশ্চিত করতে হবে।

বাংলাদেশে AI দ্রুত জনপ্রিয়তা পাচ্ছে, তবে এখনো সুনির্দিষ্ট নীতিমালা ও নিয়ন্ত্রণ কাঠামোর ঘাটতি রয়েছে। শিক্ষা, কৃষি ও হেলথটেকে AI ব্যবহারের পাশাপাশি একটি Bangladesh AI Policy Framework তৈরি করা অত্যন্ত জরুরি।
